BMI Calculators Overview
BMI Calculators are tools for calculating body mass index (BMI), which is an index indicating the degree of obesity. BMI is calculated by the formula of weight and height. If your height is t meters and your weight is w kilograms, your BMI can be expressed by the following formula:1
BMI = w/t2
You can calculate your BMI immediately by entering your height and weight in the blanks of the BMI calculators below. For your convenience, I provide both a BMI calculator based on the metric system (cm and kg) and a BMI calculator based on the imperial system (inches and pounds). You can check your current obesity level by comparing the results obtained with the BMI calculator with the obesity criteria that follow.
